Why phones specifically
Plenty of companies will sell you a phone system. Fewer will answer the call when something is wrong with it a year later. We do both, which is the entire point.
Most of our customers came off traditional carrier lines they had been paying for since before anyone thought to check. They are now paying less for a system that does considerably more, and they call one number when they need something changed.
How we work
- We run it, you use it. Adding an extension or changing a greeting is our job, not a task we hand back to you.
- Straight answers. Including when the answer is that your current setup is fine and you should keep it.
- The same people every time. Whoever installed your system is who picks up.
